Salt - The Next Diet Villian?

Learn to shake the salt habit "A pinch here, a dash there, could salt really be so bad? Actually, sodium is shaking out to be the next diet villain."

The "next" diet villain? Haven't the nutritional authorities in government been vilifying sodium-chloride for years? Actually, I am with them on this one, except for one thing. That which they refer to as salt is a refined poison not fit for human or animal consumption. Salt, as it has been given to us by the Creator, is a complex of well over 70 trace elements necessary for life on planet earth. Are we not composed of salt of the earth? So why is it that government and industry can strip salt of every mineral except sodium and chloride and yet still be allowed to sell it as a legitimate consumable?

The salt has lost its minerals and man has lost his mind.

If you consume salt in its natural state, either gathered from clean sea water (if that's still possible), or mines deep below the earth, the array of life sustaining substances is dazzling. When life and minerals are in balance, no imbalance can occur from its rational consumption. Even blood pressure can be reduced, not raised, if the right kind of salt is utilized. People with hypertension are traditionally mineral deficient to varying degrees of severity. They are not going to get their minerals from blood pressure medication, that's for sure.

We do not necessarily need to reduce or eliminate salt intake. Most of us would benefit from an increase. I utilize the mineral crystal salt from Power Organics everyday. If your doctor is not already on board, educate him or her. They can't help that they learned very little nutrition in med school, but you can. In the mean, please pass me the (whole) salt...

Questions Raised On Vytorin Meeting Documents - Created After The Fact?

HEADLINE: Questions raised on Vytorin meeting document "Minutes of meeting of experts reviewing study was created 'after the fact'" Vytorin-makers claim that there were no meeting minutes to begin with -- so what's the problem? How is it determined that a drug is safe and effective enough to be approved by the FDA if they do not adequately note all scientific discussion and debate along the way? I think I just answered my own question. It is the FDA, after all. Ultimately,

"The study showed Vytorin was no better than a cheaper generic drug at reducing plaque in neck arteries."

How about the patients that spent over a billion dollars taking a worthless and downright dangerous drug? I will say it again, not only are cholesterol-lowering drugs unnecessary, they contribute to a cognitive decline from an already low state of cognition.

For goodness sake, why would cholesterol be deposited on your arterial walls? Because it is supposed to be -- but only when there is local injury and inflammation caused by excessive metabolic wastes and toxins acting as dangerous free radicals. You chase cholesterol, you chase your tail on a downward spiral to congestive heart failure, endocrine decline and/or Alzheimer's Disease.

Here's a novel idea -- why not eliminate the inflammation -- or even better, eliminate the CAUSE of the inflammation that leads to the necessity of cholesterol patching? Since there is no drug that can remove the cause of the vascular inflammatory cascade, the drug companies and the government that they have lobbied can ill afford to embrace nutritional reality. It's not good for their business of disease.

What can you do if you are worried about cholesterol? Stop. Send the Vytorin to your favorite government bureaucrat and call it reverse Universal Health Care. Maybe Hillary will say "thank you."

Got nutrition? Start with food grown GTF Chromium, Selenium and Cod Liver Oil. It is your liver that is charged with producing cholesterol, so if it is determined to be abnormally high or low, it may have more to do with the health of your liver than anything else. There are a thousand ways to restore optimal liver health, including the aforementioned nutritional substances. You can add to that Can-Gest from Alta Health Products, as well as homeopathic Bryonia, Nux Vomica and Chelidonium.

Also, CureZone.com covers a number of liver detoxification protocols, including the use of organic coffee enemas. The liver is the most regenerative organ in the human body (thank heavens!) and the ways to assist in its integrity restoration are too numerous to mention in one short blog entry, but I'll keep planting those organic seeds.

If we wait for the FDA, we will all "get" cirrhosis of the liver.

The Food Irradiation Plot: Why the USDA Wants to Sterilize Fresh Produce and Turn Live Foods into Dead Foods

Just don't tell the FDA that your medicine is actually your food and that your food is actually your medicine. They might make it available only with a prescription. With food irradiation, the federal government continues its genocidal policy to destroy the integrity of food so that its most powerful lobbyists remain fat and happy. Multinational drug companies are the main beneficiaries of government policies designed to reduce the vitamin and mineral content in food. In collusion, the dominant duo of political parties are too toxic and nutritionally deficient to see that true sustenance does not come from corporations with open checkbooks aimed at insuring their re-election.

Which brings me to another food concern. Lately there has been a lot of media attention focused upon rice and grain shortages. Why the fear mongering? Who gains?

Please allow me to offer a perspective not heard in the old media. Much of planet earth has rejected Monsanto's belief in "better living through genetic engineering." Because of this, many of the world's markets remain off limits to GM foods. What better way to soften and eventually eradicate the resistance to "frankenfoods" than by creating an artificial shortage of dietary staples?

Governments, purchased by BIG AGRIBUSINESS, will set about convincing their populations that they must accept genetically modified foods or allow their neighbor to starve to death. Faced with "Ethiopian" conditions on the European continent, the opposition to "man playing God" will wither and die like the nutrition contained in "Round-Up Ready" corn.

Will the people wake up in time to see that the chemical corporations are only doing the bidding that is endemic to their artificial incorporation? Or is it pandemic? Of course, multi-nationals must increase markets, market-share and profits. But that does not go deep enough. Since corporations are synthetic creations of the state, we would do better by looking at the real source of the problem: government. Particularly government that no longer operates within its constitutional limits -- at least partly because the people are also too nutritionally deficient to notice or care, or act even if they do.

Government, in all its wisdom, subsidized the production of corn for bio-fuels, which in actuality takes more energy to produce than it ultimately provides. These idiotic subsidies have converted more farmland into bio-fuel welfare recipients -- resulting in less availability of that which would have been grown for food. So, if there is actually a shortage, it was created by government interfering in the free market for both energy and food, inevitably screwing up both.

This double play is double-bad because most people will now clamor for government to "do something" to save us despite the fact that it is precisely their "doing" that got us into this mess.

Their Hegelian Dialectic is almost complete, resulting in this new synthesis that abominable food is good because it prevented some people from going hungry. In the process of feeding the hungry with nutritionally-deficient, toxin-proficient substances formerly known as food, it guarantees unintended consequences in nature, but of course, desirable new markets formerly hostile to its products.

As an added bonus, they also get a slew of new customers now convinced that the symptoms caused by ingesting GM-food is actually evidence of multiple pharmaceutical drug deficiencies. Any Democrats out there still want to argue for more government intervention in food production? Most Republicans have already put their trust in artificial creations of the state rather than individual human ingenuity to solve the problems caused by government. So they're both lost in a genetically modified Hell.

Whether it's socialism or fascism, or socialized-fascism, must we look forward to genetically modified TV Dinners courtesy of Obama, Clinton, or McCain? Sure, they may be labeled differently on the carton, but inside they all taste the same, bland and artificial.

Save those organic heirloom seeds, we're going to need them to counteract the abject nutritional vacancy occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, unless our constitutional-proficient superhero somehow sneaks in.

Imagination is a gift. I will continue to use it.

ADHD Options That Are Not Ritalin Nor Risk the Heart

Headline: ADHD Treatment Comes With Heart Risk

What do you expect when you give synthetic "speed" to children to slow them down? Here again lies another nutritional deficiency and toxin proficiency syndrome wrongly diagnosed as a lack of methamphetamines and other pharmaceutical stimulants.

I have found good success with VAXA Homeopathic Attend formula, along with an organic diet free from additives, preservatives, artificial colorings and flavorings, just to start. Intestinal and pancreatic health is crucial to restore for truly hyperactive children who almost universally suffer from hypoglycemia. This brings to the forefront the need for homeopathic Lycopodium and Iris, as well as GTF Chromium.

While you pull your child off of PCP's chemical cousin (Ritalin), don't forget the essential fats and Probiotics. Don't risk your child's heart when the nutritional and homeopathic solutions are so readily available. Your kid will thank you for it.

RSBell Radio Show April 27, 2008, 1 PM - 4 PM EDT

Radio broadcast on Sunday, April 27, 2008 from 1 PM to 4 PM EDT: Who do you trust to make the best decision regarding your daughter's health care? Would it be Merck and the FDA? A licensed medical representative of the state? Or you? Most politicians want you to trust government with the care of that which is most precious to you, despite its dangerous irrationality. So how did we get here? I will explain on radio. In the mean time, read The Revolution: A Manifesto by Dr. Ron Paul for the rational correction to our misplaced trust in that which would enslave

us. If you think that's too strong a word to use -- consider that a free human being does not have to ask permission of anyone, least of all government, in order to choose the method of healing for his family that he feels is right. Why do you?

The Robert Scott Bell Show cherishes the principles that strengthen our understanding and practical application of freedom and healing. Where other talk shows leave off, the Robert Scott Bell Show is just getting started. Listen to the voice of health freedom and liberty for perspective this week Sunday, April 27, 2008 from 1 PM to 4 PM EDT. Just turn on your radio or internet stream at the appropriate time.

Hour One: The Health Care Solution -- After finishing The Revolution: A Manifesto by Dr. Ron Paul I feel inclined to revisit the disease care crisis and what to do about it. The message of freedom gets short shrift in the media, especially when it comes to discussions of health care and how to truly solve the crisis. There's a nice story of one doctor who's figured it out as well. Is it possible to restore healing integrity to a broken system? Nowhere else in radio will you hear what I'm about to say... Don't worry, if you miss it, you can still catch the podcast. Also, for the sake of economic healing and freedom, more on the Free Competition in Currency Act. Plus, once you realize that we all suffer from a constitutional-deficiency disease, you may decide to look further into the good doctor Ron Paul. (Show topics subject to change based on breaking news and the whims of the host.)

Hour Two: HPV Shot Snare -- As more news of the injury and death from the HPV Shot emerges, why is the FDA considering broadening its age recommendations in favor of the Merck vaccine?? I will cover injectable conflicts of interest and explain what this is all about. Also, more options for cervical cancer prevention that do not require risking death by injection for your daughter. What else is in the news? Hey, this is the news. Thanks for listening in where there's more freedom in three hours than most shows have in a whole year! Your calls at 1-800-449-8255. (Show topics subject to change based on breaking news and the whims of the host.)

Hour Three: Food Shortages and GMO's -- The media is awash with fear-inducing images of a worldwide food shortage, including grains and rice. Is there really a shortage or is there a story behind the news story that very few understand? Shocking revelations on why Big Government and Big Agribusiness want us to be afraid, very afraid. It's not all doom and gloom as I share specific natural ways to heal ADHD before the adult version kicks in and votes for Clinton, McCain or Obama. Plus, Bill Stanton returns to take on the medical establishment elites, helping them to see the error of their ways... Please remember to support HR 2117 - The Health Freedom Protection Act and defang the FDA (and the rest of the bureaucratic oligarchy) once and for all with the Congressional Responsibility and Accountability Act: H.R. 3302. Call me at 1-800-449-8255. Empowering the nation and everyone in it to heal, only on the united States of health talk radio. (Show topics subject to change based on breaking news and the whims of the host.)

Stand by Your Woman and Defend Her -- Merck's HPV Targeting All Women

Headline: FDA to consider HPV shot for women up to 45 "Experts emphasize that the vaccine is purely preventive. It does not cure an existing HPV infection,..."

It's also purely dangerous. Do you realize how many little girls have already been sent into a chronic disease and neurological disease spiral because their parents fear the microbe and obey their doctor? Little girls are dying for fear of 4 strains of human papilloma virus.

Is it a calculated risk to risk death from a cancer that may never happen by getting shot up with a vaccine thrice that is not even proven to prevent that for which it is given? Of course, it will not be until these little girls reach the age of cervical cancer manifestation that they will realize that their parent's misplaced their trust in a dangerous denomination of the Church of Biological Mysticism. And what of the prepubescent females who lose their lives to Merck Black Magic? I'll dare say that the cost of theoretical prevention by potentially deadly means is far too high.

Why, you may ask, is the FDA even considering the expansion of Gardasil to women of all ages? Well, in case you have not noticed, the word on the street is getting around to formerly vaccine-trusting parents and they are beginning to shield their daughters from the pricks of Merck. What's a drug company to do? Lobby the Federal Death Administration for a widening of the vaccination net.

That FDA would even consider it tells you all you need to know about where their loyalties LIE.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans are injured and killed each year from the pills and shots of FDA-approved pharmaceuticals. A nation still in possession of its faculties AND constitution would disband this deleterious bureaucratic oligarchy immediately. Instead a nation under Bush/Clinton/Obama/McCain will increase FDA's budget and powers to try and fix the very problem they create simply by their UN-constitutional existence.

Are you addicted to government? If not, then the only sane and rational choice to head up the Executive Branch is Republican Ron Paul. Everyone else is a dangerous drug and addiction is not a pretty thing. Neither are the FDA approved candidates: Obamaxacillin, OxyClintoncodon and McCainocontin.

Dr. Paul is the great detoxifier for freedom and constitutional government despite being marginalized and then ignored by the mainstream media. Don't worry, there are more detoxifiers on the way. The question remains, however, how many American livers must be sacrificed before we see the error of our governmental addiction? Just how many more livers are you prepared to sacrifice? And what of the little girls?

Merck's Contaminated Children's Vaccine Revealed Via FOIA

Headline: Newspaper: FDA found concerns at Merck vaccine plant "'It is typical for FDA inspections to result in deficiencies' such as those in the report, according to Barbara Ryan, pharmaceuticals analyst for Deutsche Bank."

If it's so typical, then the mainstream media should never insinuate that dietary supplements are dangerous because they "lack" FDA regulation. Imagine if a dietary supplement manufacturer had a report such as this on a regular basis, much less once.

Why does FDA allow America to continue getting Mercked despite the Mercking manufacturing deficiencies ending up in the blood of our children and in the water? Were these "miniscule" Merck indiscretions swept under a bureaucrat's rug? Actually, if they were minor infractions, perhaps we could look the other way, but I would not define the following findings as miniscule:

  • Contaminated children's vaccines
  • Contamination of bulk lots of vaccine
Does that sound minor to you? How about the fact that it is "typical"? You would think that other regulatory agencies would immediately become aware of it and issue warnings, recalls and alerts. You would be wrong:

"...a CDC spokesman said Thursday that the agency is not aware of problems with vaccines at the plant and so is not taking action."

I was under the impression that findings such as these are in the public record and are published regularly on the FDA's own website. Actually, The Philadelphia Inquirer has the info on:

"...49 areas of concern" from "an unpublished FDA report..."

...though only after it was...

"obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request".

Whose side is the FDA on? If you said "the people" you must be on crack or Paxil. If this were a manufacturer of dietary supplements, it would be FRONT PAGE page on every newspaper and trumpeted by the likes of Katie Couric on the evening news as if the world were about to end.

How much more evidence do you need to see that the federal bureaucracy is out-of-control and cannot be restored to legitimacy by McCain/OBama/Clinton no matter what they say? We have a federal agency running roughshod over the rights of the American people resulting in injury and death only exceeded by the military industrial complex (occasionally).

In a typical orbit around the sun, the FDA is much more dangerous. Are 784,000 dead Americans a year not enough for you?

What a Good Doctor Does - Hats Off to Dr. Lorna Stuart

Headline: 'So many people ... fall through the cracks' After 22 years in private practice and seeing people "kicked around by the system," Dr. Lorna Stuart found herself frustrated with the number of insurance companies and the rules and restrictions that came with them.

If only more doctors would do this, we could solve the health care crisis no matter who gets into office. That is, until they outlaw doctors from taking cash payments outside of a mandated "universal" payer system. What would Hillary do with this doctor? Probably imprison her for showing that we do not need socialized medicine to provide care to all those in need. Imagine what it would be like if you didn't have to deal with government and HMO's in the care of your health and that of your children.

"Since there's no need to spend a lot of time doing paperwork, we have time to talk to the patient and really hear what they're saying," says Dr. Lorna Stuart. "So the patients go away feeling they've been heard, that they've been helped."

It's a beautiful thing. This is what Dr. Ron Paul has been saying since the beginning on this health care crisis issue. What's radical about removing 3rd parties from what essentiallly is supposed to be a private contractual interaction (that between doctor and patient). You choose the doctor.

Or do you think that it's normal in a free society that government should choose your doctor for you or in any other way limit your choice of health care? Please explain.

What Does an Antibody Mean in the Era of AIDS?

Headline: Is it time to give up the search for an Aids vaccine? "After 25 years and billions of pounds, leading scientists are now forced to ask this question..."

I have been asking this question ever since they pronounced that the detection of (non-specific) antibodies to HIV was a certain death sentence.

"Most scientists involved in Aids research believe that a vaccine against HIV is further away than ever and some have admitted that effective immunization against the virus may never be possible..."

Well, it's about time. They have never yet explained how "vaccine-induced" HIV antibodies would be an indication that you will live, while detecting HIV antibodies that are "naturally" derived means a guaranteed death sentence (in 2 years. No wait, in 5. Well, maybe in 10, or is that 20. OK, how about 25 years?)

Maybe some never will, but I am encouraged to see that many sleeping scientists are slowly waking to immunological reality. Check out this YouTube below for a startling overview of the debate regarding HIV that never happens in the mainstream media (at least without marginalizing and fringing those daring to question HIV causation):

Celia Farber is awesome.

Paper Bondage or Free Competition in Currency?

Headline: Authorities lose patience with collapsing dollar - Soros said that "...the financial crisis is leading to a flight from all paper currencies, causing a dash for gold, silver, and oil futures."

Yes, but from where did the crisis originate? The Federal Reserve Act of 1913, to be precise. While the rest of Congress scratches their collectivist heads, Ron Paul corners Fed chief on rates.

"At a congressional hearing this month Fed chairman Bernanke was forced to make an admission by Ron Paul to the shocking extent to which central banking rate decisions are a little more than guesswork."

Gee, that sounds a lot like the way government welfare scientists create the annual flu shot. Democratically elected guesses. Hooray for democracy!

Most of government operates on guesswork. I might even go so far as to posit that government IS guesswork, except that you do not have to guess that the bureaucratic oligarchy will abuse its power as long as the end result of that abuse is more power.

Certainty of this kind requires only a working knowledge of world history, something sorely lacking among Americans educated in public schools.

Yes, we may have been required to remember dates, times and places, but not in any context that would assist us to see "cause and effect" in action. This nefarious indoctrination technique purposefully shields us from karmic reality, thereby creating an illusion whereby there is no consequence to any action.

From where do we learn that theft is not a violation of one of the Ten Commandments? Government. The last time I looked, the tablets did not contain an exception to the rule of Thou Shall Not "except if you are in government."

On Congressman Ron Paul's desk, there is a paper weight with the words:

"Don't steal. The government hates competition."
Theft has been institutionalized to "high crime and misdemeanor" levels ever since the very private Federal Reserve System came into effect in the early 20th Century. A cure for what ails us? I defer back to the good doctor:

"Abolishing the Federal Reserve will allow Congress to reassert its constitutional authority over monetary policy… Though the Federal Reserve policy harms the average American, it benefits those in a position to take advantage of the cycles in monetary policy. The main beneficiaries are those who receive access to artificially inflated money and/or credit before the inflationary effects of the policy impact the entire economy. Federal Reserve policies also benefit big spending politicians who use the inflated currency created by the Fed to hide the true costs of the welfare-warfare state. It is time for Congress to put the interests of the American people ahead of
the special interests and their own appetite for big government."
- Abolish the Federal Reserve

At the very least we could legalize competition. How? See the Free Competition in Currency Act and then get your congressional representative to sign on. This is a more than reasonable option, because if you love the Fed, you get to keep it too.

It's question time:

  • Do you think that having China finance the United States of America is good for US and our posterity? Go ahead, try and make a cogent argument.
  • How will you feed your kids when the fiat paper dollar collapses?
  • Will you wait on your rooftop like Katrina victims for the FEMA Feds to rescue you?
  • What would the Framers of our Constitution do?
  • Did they wait for England's permission to declare their INDEPENDENCE?

Will you wait for their permission to DECLARE yours?

Spare the Selenium and Intoxicate the Child

Headline: Breast-Feeding While on Seizure Meds Doesn't Harm Babies "However, more research is needed to confirm our findings, and women should use caution due to the limitations of our study."

In other words, the headline you just read is devoid of any real meaning, except that it intends to mislead moms-to-be that taking drugs during pregnancy is just fine for that new life inside her.

I find it interesting and disturbing that "incomplete" findings, as long as they show drugs in a favorable light, are reported as if they were definitive. Not so with unapproved natural substances. The headlines often read "Dietary Supplements Dangerous" even though there is a lack of substantiation, nor recognition as to the difference between synthetic nutrients and those grown in a whole food matrix. Is there a liberal bias in the media? I would argue that there is a pharmaceutical bias.

For instance, if Selenium, a dietary mineral supplement, is ever revealed in media to be cancer preventive it is always reported as if the findings are still preliminary. This, despite the overwhelming and irrefutable science (decades worth) in support of the humble trace element and its critical role in cancer prevention.

Almost 30 years ago Dr. Gerhard Schrauzer of the University of California San Diego Medical School recommended 200 micrograms of selenium daily as a cancer preventative agent.
In December of 1996, A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) noted 63 per cent reduction of prostate cancer, 58 per cent reduction of colorectal cancer, and 46 per cent reduction in lung cancer with less than 10 years of selenium supplementation at only 200 micrograms daily. There's not a drug on planet earth that even comes close.

Every ten years or so, research scientists are actually allowed to acknowledge the cancer-preventive role that selenium plays, but just as quickly, we are told that it will be another ten years until anything definitive is confirmed.

What about that study published in JAMA in 1996? Why is "Selenium" not shouted from the rooftop of the American Cancer Society on Clifton Road in Atlanta? Perhaps there were too few people in the study? After all, there were a whopping 187 children studied to determine that it is "safe" to ingest anti-seizure medication while pregnant (as the headline proclaims).

Well, that little not-so-old selenium-cancer study included 1,300 people in seven different cities. Yet the headline above about medicated kids-to-be rings with "drug safety" despite the fact that no such thing was actually proven.

The medical "disclaimer" or backtrack quote from the linked article article above was actually buried in the story. Editors realize that the majority of people merely skim the headlines and move on. Thus, if ever accused of inaccurate reporting, they can always point to the one sentence buried in the article as evidence that they tell the "whole" story.

Of course the whole story is actually the fact that Selenium from WHOLE food sources is the most important nutrient, not only for cancer prevention, but for liver function as well (as many other functions). If the headline were about selenium instead of "drugs during pregnancy" it would likely read:

"Dietary supplement danger to babies.."
...rather than the misleading "drugs are safe" insinuation so typical of the pharmaceutically biased mainstream media. Had the headline read

"Breastfeeding while driving may harm babies..."
...there would be a lot less to discuss. As it is, drugs are toxic and selenium is crucial to detoxification functions. By the way, this isn't a choice between anti-seizure medication and trace minerals. If you would like to get rid of seizures without resorting to pharmaceutical intoxication, simply restore integrity to the gastrointestinal tract. I'll even throw you a homeopathic bone for intestinal recovery: Baptisia tinctora 10x or 15x daily during recovery.

Although there is much more needed to address the totality of seizure disorders, more importantly, we must break through the pharmaceutical stranglehold on the mainstream media and its pervasive message that every symptom is somehow evidence of an FDA-approved drug deficiency.

Only then will it be patently obvious for all to see that there are nutritional solutions for whatever ails you. Don't worry, the drugs will still be available if you want them. In the mean time, perhaps somebody could start up an alternative media site for everyone that has already taken the red pill...

Robert Scott Bell on Lighting the Fires of Liberty Radio

My good friend and constitutional scholar, Michael Badnarik, has invited me to guest host on his daily radio program, Lighting the Fires of Liberty on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. We the People Radio Network carries Michael's program Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 10 AM Eastern Time.

You can listen live by going here:
http://www.wtprn.com/listen.shtml. But only if you wake up early. If you happen to miss it, the archives are available here: http://mp3.wtprn.com/Badnarik08.html.

Michael Badnarik is also author of one of my favorite books,
Good to be King: The Foundation of Our Constitutional Freedom, which is a must-read if you want to understand the real purpose of government in the American Republic.

If you happen to be visiting from the FDA, it has nothing to do with protecting people from organic food and dietary supplements while shielding BIG PHARMA from the consequences of your approved toxins. It has everything to do with protecting individual liberty.

You are welcome to join me on Lighting the Fires of Liberty. The call-in number is
(512) 646-1984 and the listen-by-phone-only line is 512-485-9010. It's fun to be the guest once in a while. Thanks for having me back!

Promiscuous Mice, the HPV Shot and Universal Sick Care

Headline: New HPV Vaccine Promising in Mice "[Richard B.S. Roden, lead researcher for the new study] said the mice used in this experiments had special immune system T helper cells for the vaccine to attach itself."

Hooray! Promiscuous mice will be saved from the ravages of sexually transmitted viruses. Wouldn't it have been cheaper just to teach them abstinence? I do not know what is funnier in this article, the fact that we can now theoretically prevent cervical cancer in rats, or the appropriateness of the lead researcher's name. Sounds like it could be an SNL skit from the 1970's. Since the '70's have just resurfaced, what is that War on Cancer all about in reality?

"What we have done is to try to develop a completely synthetic vaccine that would induce antibodies that would neutralize and protect against a whole range of these cancer-causing strains," Roden added.

The synthesizing of all life is only possible when you see the natural world as an enemy that must be conquered. In addition to a War on Creation, Nixon's Cancer War turned out to be a War on FREEDOM more than anything else.

Institutionalizing quack methodologies like chemotherapy and radiation in particular has succeeded in limiting your freedom to care for you and your family exclusively to that which has been approved and sanctioned by government.

Correct me if I am wrong, but that does seem to put government in a superior position to that which created it, We the People. Does anyone else find it even a little bit UNCONSTITUTIONAL that we are required to seek permission for the care of our bodies (and minds) from the government our forefathers created over two centuries ago? A form of government, by the way, with the specific and limited mandate to PROTECT INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY, not trample upon it with mandated drugs, vaccines and surgery. The rodents appear more free than we are at this point.

I am going to go out on a limb here and demand an end to the War on Cancer and the subsequent restoration of health freedom -- as a fundamental freedom to and for humanity.

Just to clarify, this does not mean that I acknowledge a "right" to health care. There is no such right. A right cannot be a right if it requires stealing from another for its free exercise. I realize that this may be too complex a perspective for the smartest woman in the world to understand, much less another bar attorney senator from Illinois.

Of course, when they say "universal health coverage," what they really mean is a single payer system for pharmaceutical disease management. Never mind that it's not even a right, it's a stupid choice in paradigm.

Let's call it what it would be in reality: Universal Sick Care. Will Hillary and Obama approach the Federal Reserve for more paper to pay for that which could not exist in a free market? And if they do, what of the paper dollars you still hold? What will they buy? Certainly not health freedom.

Here's a friendly reminder for you: If you vote for the lesser of any evil, you still cast your vote for evil. Unless, that is, you have the courage to support the good doctor, Ron Paul, a true champion for constitutionally-limited government.

Ron Paul Introduces Legislation to Abolish IRS and Income Tax

Just in case the mainstream media forgets to include Ron Paul in any Reindeer Games, I thought you might be interested in this press release:

Ron Paul Introduces Legislation to Abolish IRS and Income Tax

The Double Trouble of Taxation

(PressMediaWire) April 20, 2008 - Congressman Ron Paul's statement on the double trouble of taxation - "Taxes were on the forefront of many Americans’ minds this week as they scrambled to meet the April 15th deadline to file their returns. Tax policy in this country hurts taxpayers twice – once when they pay taxes, and then when the government spends the money. Americans are sick and tired of the financial burden and the endless forms to fill out. To add insult to injury, after collecting this money the government does some very detrimental things to the economy.

The burden of complying with the income tax is tremendous. Since its inception in 1913, the tax code has gone from 400 pages to over 67,000. The Tax Foundation estimates that around $265 billion dollars and 6 billion hours are spent just on compliance. That expense amounts to about 22 cents of every dollar the IRS collects. Imagine the boon to the economy if we spent that time and money expanding our businesses and creating jobs!

Aside from the direct loss of money and productivity, the funds from the income tax enable the government to do some very destructive things, such as vastly over-regulating economic activity, making it difficult to earn money in the first place. The federal government funds over 50 agencies, departments and commissions that formulate rules and regulations. These bureaucracies operate with little to no oversight from the people or Congress and generate around 4,000 new rules every year and operate at a cost of about 40 billion dollars. There are some 75,000 pages of regulations in the Federal Register that Americans are expected to know and abide by. Complying with these governmental regulations costs American businesses more than one trillion dollars per year, according to a study by Mark Crain for the Small Business Administration. This complicated system drives production to other countries and shrinks our job market here at home.

Big government is destructive when it takes your money and when it spends it. There is no economic benefit to supporting a government sector as massive as ours. In fact, this country thrived for well over 100 years without an income tax. Today, if you took away the income tax, the government would still have revenue from other sources equal to total government spending in 1990, when government was still too big. $1.2 trillion should be more than enough to fund a government operating within its constitutional confines, and that is exactly what we need to get back to.

I have introduced legislation many times to abolish the IRS and the income tax. It is fundamentally un-American to require taxpayers to testify against themselves and be considered guilty until proven innocent. Abolishing the IRS altogether would trigger an avalanche of real growth in the economy.

With these financial hard times only just beginning, this would be the most efficient and logical way to get our economy growing again, and Americans would need not dread the 15th of April every year."

SOURCE: House.gov/Paul

The good doctor understands that there should be no separation between personal liberty and economic liberty. One cannot truly exist without the other. Why are millions of Americans reluctant to abolish the IRS and income tax? Instead of embracing liberty, apparently, we fear freedom. What's your take?

Thinking Clearly in Diapers or Drug-induced Alzheimer's

Click Here. Study links incontinence drugs with memory problems "It may be better to use diapers and be able to think clearly than the other way around." Just when I thought we would be past our Alzheimer's discussion I find that drugs for frequent urination may also contribute to cognitive decline...

Poor drug companies just can't catch a break.

"Nearly 80 percent of the study participants took one or more of a class of drugs called anticholinergics, including drugs for high blood pressure, asthma, Parkinson's disease and incontinence drugs such as Detrol and Ditropan."

If you treat one toxin proficiency disease as if it were a Ditropan deficiency, you will be certain to need at least three other drugs to combat the side effects of the first one. It may be bad medicine, but it's good business.

"...the frequency of events and the role of Detrol in their causation cannot be reliably determined," Ponni Subbiah, Pfizer's vice president of medical affairs said.

That's what you call PR speak for "we're screwed because another drug has been found to cause diseases and symptoms worse than the original condition it was FDA-approved to treat." When's the last time you had to take a leak?

"Gee, I can't remember, but I am taking Detrol just in case."

Frequent urination got you down (and up and down)? Homeopathic Cantharis, Berberis, Taraxacum, and Solidago are a good place to start. From a supplemental point of view, you might consider GTF Chromium and Sanhelios - Curbita Bladder Caps as well.

RSBell Radio Show April 20, 2008, 1 PM - 4 PM EDT

Radio broadcast on Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 1 PM to 4 PM EDT: Have we lost our collective minds? If you ask permission of government, or even your duly-licensed representative of the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex, you have inadvertently given them the power to deny your request. If you are engaging in the exercise of a right, no permission is required. The freedom to care for your health without governmental interference has been lost due to a national Alzheimer's disease. What else would you call forgetting the entire history of government on planet earth, much less our own American history? The correction starts here with The Revolution: A Manifesto by Dr. Ron Paul. In order to apply the right remedy, you have to understand the real cause of any given disease first. We sit at the precipice of giving disease causing organisms even more power and control over this nation and our health. The power to heal has always been yours. Please don't let a national memory-deficiency disease spoil it for the next generations. Anyone know of a man of principle running for office?

The Robert Scott Bell Show cherishes the principles that strengthen our understanding and practical application of freedom and healing. Where other talk shows leave off, the Robert Scott Bell Show is just getting started. Listen to the voice of health freedom and liberty for perspective this week Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 1 PM to 4 PM EDT. Just turn on your radio or internet stream at the appropriate time.

Alzheimer's Drug Deficiency Evidence of Researchers' Nutritional Deficiencies

Study Shows Alzheimer's Hits Earlier in Smokers, Drinkers "The best advice is probably to lighten up and have a drink a day -- but don't drink more than that," Denis Evans, a researcher at Rush University Medical Center says. In the entire article about this study, there was not even one mention of nutritional deficiencies. NOT ONE. Considering that the primary behaviors referenced in this Alzheimer's prediction study deplete the body of essential minerals, especially those that would protect against neurological degradation, I would have to say that it proves something that they did not intend.

It is proof positive that pharmaceutical research, no matter what the findings, must be reported in such a way as NOT to link true cause with the effect (disease), lest consumers realize that they do not suffer from a drug deficiency. What nutrient takes the big hit due to poor lifestyle choices such as smoking and drinking? Perhaps the most important one when it comes to preventing degradation diseases, including cancer and even Alzheimer's: Selenium.

Without selenium, how do you expect to deal with the cadmium from cigarette combustion? How do you expect that your liver can function at full capacity to detoxify from the self-inflicted auto-intoxication resulting from a destructive lifestyle? Do the medical experts at large (particularly those on the Taxpayer dole) recommend organic food, essential fats, mineral supplementation and proper hydration -- or are they still looking for a "miracle" vaccine or drug for brain degradation?

While I am on the subject of brain and neurological health, I would be remiss if I did not remind you about the importance of Silicon, found as Silica in food grown supplement form. Along with essential fats, silica may be the most important overlooked nutrient for neurological integrity.

You can go on believing that Alzheimer's is caused by cholesterol, but then you'll probably take a drug that would precipitate it. The only upside I can see is that at least you will not remember the mistake you made relying on the medical establishment for your health in the first place. It's still sad to consider such a reality, but that does not mean I will resort to SSRI medication. If you are still scared of the "C" word, try GTF Chromium to boost HDL cholesterol levels.

I suppose I took the red pill a long time ago.

I always did have trouble waiting for stupid people to give me permission to do things which I already know to be true. The thing is, their permission was never required, unless I had intended to wait for a pharmaceutical Godot which never comes, even if I had a prescription.

Don't wait for Alzheimer's or you will forget that it's already too late to rely upon pharmaceutical integrity. Or, go ahead and take the blue pill and you can go on believing in that which never existed. As for me, you can be sure I'll be taking my Silica, Selenium, GTF Chromium and essential fats...

Cholesterol, Chromium or Alzheimer's? Or Why Being a Fathead is Actually a Good Thing

Mid-life high cholesterol raises Alzheimer's risk "...those with high cholesterol levels between ages 40 and 45 were about 50 percent more likely than those with low cholesterol levels to later develop Alzheimer's disease." I predict that I will be the only one in media to report to you what this study really determined. All in good time.

First and foremost, the vilification of cholesterol must stop.

Why would a vital precursor for estrogen, progesterone and testosterone be accused of untoward evil? Primarily because the Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex (PIC) found out that they could synthesize substances to lower it.

Now all that was left was to claim that it caused disease. Boy did they -- and were they ever successful. A few generations have now grown to accept the "fact" that cholesterol is bad and must be kept low at all costs. Never mind that it is also critical for brain and nervous system function and health. As long as drug companies can keep us afraid of fat for life then we will be their loyal customers to death.

The study referenced above links high cholesterol levels in mid-life to Alzheimer's in later life. Why? I thought that you would never ask. What happens to the majority of adults who are diagnosed with "high" cholesterol levels in middle age? Here's your Moment of Duh: They are prescribed statin drugs to lower the medically decreed "satanic" substance.

What happens when you forcibly reduce available cholesterol for the body? Endocrine functions suffer. Liver function declines. Brain and nervous system health degrades. In other words, statin drugs actually precipitate and accelerate the manifestation of brain disease diagnoses, including Alzheimer's.

What the study is really telling us (without actually coming out and saying it) is that the medical profession is now the leading cause of Alzheimer's Disease. What else can we learn from a dummy?

"The findings come just weeks after another study showed that having a big belly in middle age may greatly increase one's risk of later developing Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia."

Here they go again with the fat phobia. Despite all of their protestations to the contrary, fat does not cause neurological decline. If anything, the LACK of fat causes it. What they miss (as usual) is the qualitative issue. What's IN the fat? Is it loaded with toxins and heavy metals just waiting to plunder your antioxidant reserves as your defense systems exhaust with age? Now you're catching on.

The link to aluminum has been floating around medical circles for years as it relates to amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles as well. Why stop with one heavy metal when millions of Americans are loaded with plenty thanks to pediatricians and dentists? Besides, Julie Gerberding seems to have little concern that most flu shots contain at least 25 micrograms of mercury and that five in a row increases the incidence of Alzheimer's ten-fold.

We need fat for survival. We do not need the CDC.

Ms. Gerberdink, go home and plant some flowers. Clifton Road will do just fine without you and the thousands of other welfare recipients at CDC. Or maybe you would like to explain to me why it is you are paid to try and convince us all that the Holy Grail of disease prevention and control is in vaccines and drugs. Yes, I realize that you have heard of good hygiene, adequate sanitation, proper nutrition and hydration, but must you treat those fundamentals as an inconvenient truth keeping a small percentage of Americans from worshipping at your Church of Biological Mysticism?

By the way, are you on a statin drug? Why? You would do much better by taking GTF Chromium every day. You should note that it took no tax money to tell you that.

CDC's Democratic Flu Shot Failure

CDC: Flu season worst in 3 years; vaccine didn't work well "Each year, health officials - making essentially an educated guess - formulate a vaccine against three viruses they think will be circulating." If anyone thought that I have been exaggerating about the technique to determine each year's flu shot, the mainstream media has once again proven me right, albeit 10 years later. Why can't dietary supplement manufacturers guess like that and get away with it? With each year that they goof, pharmaceutical companies are rewarded with more government contracts and the marketing support from the CDC. If these manufacturers and welfare scientists had to operate in the free market, they would have been fired immediately after the Swine Flu vaccine debacle of 1974. Actually, if they did not have the protection of government, they might have been imprisoned for assault with a deadly weapon. In addition to assault, we should charge them with fraud.

How is it that government can claim that EVERYONE needs a shot for which efficacy is not determined until after the flu season for which they inject you?

"They guess well most of the time, and the vaccine is often between 70 and 90 percent effective."

Are we supposed to be comforted by that made-up number? Attacks on dietary supplements and natural remedies are made largely because of conflicted claims that they may not be effective. Where are those same medical elitists when it comes to the lack of true scientific method involved in the annual influenza injection? Maybe we should ask them just how effective the mercury content is at producing deleterious intestinal and neurological events in children and old folks subjected to medical experimentation.

"Jernigan acknowledged that some people may lose faith in the flu vaccine and skip it next year. But he noted even this year, when the vaccine was not a good match, the vaccine still offered 44 percent protection overall."

Authorities claim less than 50% effectiveness this year and they are now worried that millions might skip the shot next year? I would say that would be a sane and rational decision for those willing to make it, even if it is a little late. When more people died of the Swine Flu vaccination than the Swine Flu in the 1970's, that should have been the death knell for annual injectable flu propaganda.

Not so with pharmaceutical fascism. Big PHARMA has the ability to buy government, so why wouldn't it? They did and they still do. It should be noted that only government could be used as a tool for something so stupid and potentially fatal. I repeat: a private business would have been bankrupted and its key personnel imprisoned for such a failure to produce safe and efficacious vaccines year after year. Five shots in a row and your risk of Alzheimer's shoots up exponentially? What about the CDC's annual claim of 36,000 dead to justify their promotion of worthless and dangerous vaccines?

"So far this year, 66 children died, including 46 who were not vaccinated. In 2003-2004, 153 children died."

You mean to tell me that even in a really bad year (2003-04), less that one-half of one percent of flu fatalities are children?!? The authorities just claimed that last flu season (2007-08) was "bad" resulting in 1/10 of 1% (.0012) of the total average influenza deaths among children. I have been pointing out that the CDC propaganda does not add up to reality, only a pharmaceutical phantasy. If we took the federal government at its word regarding flu danger, it would mean that approximately 99.9% percent of all flu-related deaths occurred in adult populations (including the elderly). Why inject children?

I call B.S. on the CDC and anyone who tries to defend them. Julie Gerberding can cry to Donna Shalala for all I care. It's about time to recognize just what federal agencies under the auspices of the Department of Health and Human Services really are -- tools for BIG PHARMA in control of BIG GOVERNMENT.

How many ways can you deal with influenza that are not approved by FDA? Let me count them. Actually, just do a search at rsbell.com for "flu" or "influenza" and you can count them. I've got more radio show prep to do.

Now that we have gotten that out of the way, isn't it time you purchased The Revolution: A Manifesto by Dr. Ron Paul? I've got my copy and it rocks. How? When you diagnose the underlying problem, only then can you apply the appropriate remedy. Just as the flu is not evidence of a flu shot deficiency -- what ails us is not a lack of government.

Of course, you still have the other option to turn your body over to the CDC each year and hope for the best. Please forgive me if I do not join you in exercising that option...

“Church scandal still covered up” Guest Commentary By Christopher C. Barr

The Pope arrived in America on the 100th anniversary of the death of Pierre Jacques Antoine Béchamp. This brought much to my memory.

While news reports prominently covered protesters addressing past sex scandals in the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) my thoughts were drawn to another past tragedy never yet addressed.

The upcoming movie release of ‘EXPELLED: No Intelligence Allowed’ addresses the subject of evilution and the suppression of those not accepting of that paradigm.

More than a decade ago Pope John Paul II made headlines with an announcement accepting of evilution. This was not news to me. Acceptance – and protection – of evilution by the Roman Catholic Church goes back almost to the very origin of that specious “science falsely so-called which some professing have erred from the faith” (II Timothy 6:20-21 KJV).

The RCC actively fought against the lone champion that fought against evilution as it was first coming to prominence in the person of Dr. Antoine Béchamp. The RCC fighting against Béchamp was fighting against one of its own – in more ways than one.

Antoine Béchamp was a man of deep and profound Christian faith. In 19th century France to be Christian was synonymous with being Roman Catholic.

Scientific works of Béchamp recorded specifically the affirmation of God to be solidified by his scientific findings.

In the midst of a flourishing career in the French university system Béchamp received a plea from his beloved Catholic church to head up the Medical program at a new Catholic university at Lille, France. He heeded this call out of devotion to his church in spite of colleagues pleading against this decision.

As the battle of Béchamp heated up against the errors of evilution and also against the errors and lies of the thieving scoundrel Louis Pasteur in the years immediately following there was constant interference and strong opposition from RCC officials.

Béchamp was astounded by his own beloved church fighting against truth. There were even discussions about placing writings of Béchamp on The Index. This was the list of books banned by the RCC that had served as a cornerstone of The Inquisition.

Finally, after more than a decade the interference from RCC officials became too much for Béchamp and he resigned from the Catholic university at Lille where he had founded their medical program that continues to this day.

A bereft Béchamp now without academic backing continued his researches alone for more than two decades. The forces brought against him by his beloved Roman Catholic Church and academia at large have so far expunged Béchamp and the greater truth of his science research from the history of science to the great detriment of the masses of humanity.

Organized religion has continued to this day as perhaps the greatest of benefactors to the falsities and half-truths of modern mediSin while the fullness of truth from Béchamp is largely buried with him 100 years after the death of this greatest of scientists who ever lived.

It took 4 centuries for the RCC to apologize by way of Pope John Paul II for its treatment of Galileo. This week enters the 2nd century since the death of Béchamp. It remains to be seen whether the RCC is getting any better about confession for past sins.

"Horse Attacks Woman's Breast!" or HRT and the War on Cancer

HRT Once Again Linked to Breast Disease "The Journal of the National Cancer Institute carries in its April 8 online issue another report that links conjugated equine estrogen, a form of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), to benign breast disease in women." What is the "War on Cancer" if not a war against the terrain of unsuspecting patients of the allopathic profession? One day it will be clear to most everybody that much of the cancer diagnosed each year is actually iatrogenic.

Regarding HRT, it seems somewhat absurd to me that we even consider substituting depleted human hormones with that which comes from the equine among us.

The very fact that we feel we "need" synthetic substitutes -- instead of restoring integrity to our own endocrine system -- is evidence of a failure of communication. But what is communicating to whom? Are symptoms of disease a mere annoyance or are they an indication of something valuable? Perhaps they carry information that you can use to actually improve your health by correcting the underlying cause. Since your doctor likely believes that symptomatic annoyances are an indication that you need something synthetic and FDA approved, maybe you should get a second opinion.

The pharmaceutical paradigm programs "modern" men and women, no matter what their age, to believe that they are merely on the receiving end of diminishing hormone production because of the length of time they've been on planet earth. While it is true that there is a normal endocrine reduction over time, in a healthy human it is a shift in needs and functions, not evidence of disease. Menopause is not a disease no matter what the FDA proclaims.

When will we get the message to change our diet and lifestyle, instead of confusing hypo-hormonal symptoms as Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) drug advertising? I repeat, "reduced endocrine function over time" resulting in disease-like symptoms should be a hint that we might be living a wrong lifestyle. Women, in particular, do not lack horse hormones linked to breast cancer.

If we lived in nature and worked the fields everyday of our lives save the Sabbath, we would not even be talking about HRT except in science fiction books and movies.

While I do acknowledge that there will be some diminishment in endocrine production over a lifespan, its reclassification as a disease is more the result of drug company dogma and the fact that we live a sedentary life, dependent upon food inadequate to sustain optimal health.

Low hormone levels are not the CAUSE of disease, but the RESULT of living in a manner not in line with their full production. As usual, modern medicine has it all backwards, blaming "aging" as the cause. It's not so much aging, but how you get there.
